Aeration/Coring | Plugs of grass approximately one inch in diameter are removed and left to decompose and replenish lawn areas. Highly recommended annually during the spring or fall months. Naturally allows the lawn root system to retain more moisture and assists fertilizer and weed control in maximum effectiveness and reduce thatch. Completed during spring or fall clean up.

Spring Clean Up | Provided as a one time cutting and vacuuming of lawn area. Includes cleaning of landscaped areas, edging of concrete areas and removal of yard debris. Completed mid March thru mid May.

Fall Clean Up | Leaves are removed from all landscaped areas and lawn is cleared of debris. Disposal costs are additional where applicable. Completed in a weekly route sequence, beginning with 3 cutting in October approximately every ten days. A one time cute and vacuum in November between the 1st and 15th, weather permitting. Extra hours are available upon request at an hourly rate, per worker, plus disposal.

Edging | The trimming and removal of grass from the edge of concrete driveways, sidewalks, city curbs and patio areas. Recommended for a clean and finished look. Available spring thru fall.

Weekly Lawn Maintenance | Provided once per week, weather permitting. Lawn areas are cut and trimmed for quality appearance. Service begins in May and continues thru September*.

Fertilizer | Applied in slow release granular form. Options for either a three or four step program - choose from pre-emergent, summer, late summer and fall.

​

Weed Control | A three way broadleaf liquid herbicide applied in mid May and mid summer with spot treatment as needed in the summer and fall.

​

Landscaping | Involves a variety of outdoor improvements. For example: planting of bushes, bulbs, plants or trees. Building retaining walls, rock gardens and toto-tilling, etc.

Pruning & Hedging | The trimming of bushes, trees or hedges in any variety. Available upon request at an hourly rate, per per worker, plus disposal.

​

Bark Installation or Delivery Only | A prime mixtures of wood chips for specialized areas. Cedar is available upon request. Price per yard, per hour, per worker, plus prep and delivery charge. Available for delivery only.

*Edging of concrete areas will be competed every third week, weather permitting.
