Residential Driveway & Commercial Lot Plowing | Plowing is per contract only. Dates for contract are between November 15th and April 1st. Operations being after 2 or more inches of normal accumulation is measured by 12 midnight. Residential properties will be plowed once in a 24 hour period, generally between 12 midnight and 8 a.m. Commercial properties are plowed per contract specifications.

Residential City Sidewalks | Available to clients with driveway service only. Pertains to city sidewalk - residential walkways excluded. Must be commercial equipment accessible within service boundaries. Plowed once every 24 hour period, after 2 inches of normal accumulation by midnight, generally between 12 midnight and 7 a.m.

Additional Information | Our drivelers and equipment are licensed through local municipalities and are commercially insured to meet requirements outlined. Lawn areas damaged by VandenBout Snow & Lawn, Inc. due to seasonal thawing and freezing are repaired in the spring with top soil and grass seed at no additional charge. The most up-to-date, well maintained equipment is used for snow removal. However, due to varied weather conditions, a slip free surface is not guaranteed.
